Somatic coaching might be right for you if:

Our somatic coaching sessions will include many aspects of the traditional coaching model. We will work to develop your conceptual self-awareness, your ability to self-reflect and to overcome limiting self-beliefs. Our sessions will also incorporate a combination of somatic techniques, practices and exercises which allow you to deepen your personal insights through embodied wisdom and intuition. These practices can take the form of breath work, mindfulness, intuitive or rhythmic movement, exploration through creative and artistic mediums or utilisation of imagination and play. The process is experiential, holistic and collaborative.
